Brand Booking Terms

1. How Bookings Work

When you book a creator through Ooforia, you select deliverables from their rate card, provide campaign and product details, and pay upfront via Stripe. Your payment is held securely by Ooforia until you approve the delivered content. No funds are released to the creator until you confirm satisfaction.

2. Payment & Fees

The total you pay includes the creator’s fee plus a 15% platform fee. The platform fee covers campaign management, quality assurance, creator coordination, and payment processing. All payments are in USD and processed securely via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once content has been delivered and approved.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete campaign details, product information, and creative briefs
• Supply any product samples, access credentials, or materials the creator needs in a timely manner
• Review and respond to delivered content within 7 business days — silence beyond this period is treated as approval
• Not contact creators directly to circumvent Ooforia’s platform or negotiate rates outside the platform
• Ensure your campaign complies with all applicable advertising laws and regulations in your target markets

4. Content Approval & Revisions

Once a creator delivers content, you will be notified to review it. You may request one round of reasonable revisions if the content does not match the agreed brief. “Reasonable” means changes that align with the original brief — not a fundamentally different direction. If the content meets the brief, approval should not be unreasonably withheld.

5. Fair Play & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement between you and a creator regarding content quality, brief compliance, or delivery:

• Ooforia’s founder, Youssef El Deeb, will personally review the dispute alongside you (the brand)
• Both you and Youssef will review the creator’s delivered content against the original brief
• A joint decision will be made together — Youssef brings platform expertise and creator context, you bring your brand perspective and campaign goals
• The creator will be heard and asked to provide their perspective
• The joint decision is final and binding on all parties

7. Content Usage Rights

Upon approval and payout, you receive a non-exclusive license to repost, share, and use the creator’s content for your marketing purposes for 12 months from the date of publication. Extended usage, exclusivity, or whitelisting (running the content as paid ads from the creator’s account) must be agreed separately and may incur additional fees.

8. Non-Circumvention

For 12 months after your last booking through Ooforia, you agree not to engage any creator you discovered through the platform for paid work outside of Ooforia. This protects the creators and the platform that connected you. If you had a pre-existing relationship with a creator before discovering them on Ooforia, this clause does not apply.

9. Confidentiality

Campaign details, creator rates, and platform terms are confidential. You agree not to share creator payout amounts or internal platform information with third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ooforia facilitates the connection between brands and creators. We are not liable for the performance of content on social media, audience reception, or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai.
